
Consider what your everyday life looks like?
Work – home – responsibilities – moments of pleasure (if time allows) – sleep
This is the standard scheme for most people. We chase after what we call happiness, wealth, fulfillment of dreams.
And although to the question “What is your priority” most would answer that family, health, self-fulfillment, we still do not consciously include these priorities in our everyday lives.
What does it look like in practice?
⚠️You say that family is the most important thing, but you do not have time to celebrate meals together, or even a quiet walk, because your phone is ringing, because you have to, or want to reply to a message because something is always distracting your attention and this priority, which your loved ones have to wait again.
⚠️If you declare before yourself and others that health is the most important thing, that health has one thing, so you have to care for it, but it’s easy to give up tablets for every ailment, because you expect an immediate effect, you just deny yourself, give in to appearances and the illusion that everything is going right now.
⚠️Sta you know your own development above all, you read a lot, you are delighted with the information you discover. Theoretically, you know the answers to many questions about self-development, self-control, or achieving a state of happiness. Only somehow you often complain and blame others for your failures, or you believe in the beautiful ideologies sold to you that evoke momentary emotions, hope or momentary pleasure.
How often we give in to appearances instead of staying with the conscious belief that reality is changeable?
If you believe in something, just because it was presented to you in a beautiful way, then you succumb to your emotional nature.
Emotions last only 90 seconds, unless they are stimulated by constant thinking, which winds our minds and extends their duration.
The most common emotion is fear. People, because of fear, even the unconscious one, can deny their ideals in order to feel safe, although only seemingly.
How is this shown in the examples above?
trStrach before not answering the phone – because it is probably something important – it is stronger than INTERNAL VALUES AND CONCENTRATION ON WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME AT THIS TIME.
👉Conviction of the effectiveness of a tablet is seemingly more effective than obtained information on the risks and side effects of taking her.
👉 Surrounding only positive people and motivational content is more pleasant and gives you a kick to act at least for a moment than CONSCIOUS ENTERING IN A DIFFICULT CHANGE PROCESS.
These appearances, illusion, and temporary satisfaction are only nicely named. REALLY LOOKING FOR INDIRECT LIES! At first glance, these are quite innocent-looking behaviors, pleasant words, or harmless gestures.
INDIRECT LIE IS PRESENT EVERYWHERE. AND IT’S DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE THEM, AND IT’S MORE DIFFICULT TO FIGHT WITH IT.
But it’s not about the fight. Anyway, the fight would be a loss, because the world is based on psychology and appearances. It concerns the outside world, the one that surrounds us.
So let’s focus on what we have influence – that is on ourselves! How to stop lying to yourself indirectly?
Diagnosis is an important direction. How to recognize them? By learning about the mechanisms that block us, understanding what they result from and replacing them with new ones that will benefit us. For example, you know you are afraid of mice. Where does this belief come from? From your belief that mice bite and are disgusting. How will you replace this belief with a new one? Simply put, if you assume that it is an animal like any other, e.g. a cat (and you are not afraid of a cat), that it may be a rodent, but it is afraid of you as much as you are its – and such belief is already a good direction🙂
Of course, belief persists through repetition, so it’s a process before you change your opinion about the mouse. However, making an effort in this direction allows you to consciously perceive reality.
If we only see the world in black and white colors, we do not allow ourselves to absorb information, participate in discussions and reject other possibilities. For example, if we received valuable help from someone who we consider to be a good person in our eyes, and then we find out that the same person of someone else lied to or deceived, our perception will not change much. We are looking for an excuse for this person, an explanation of his behavior. We urgently need to confirm our beliefs.
This is how we often succumb to the popular opinion about, for example, doctors, priests and people of public trust. When you hear this doctor hurt you immediately start convinced: doctors harm. Examples can be multiplied.
INSTEAD TO GENERALIZE, EVERY CASE SHOULD BE TREATED INDIVIDUALLY, OR TAKE THE FACTS, COMPARE INFORMATION AND CONTROL THE EFFECTS.
Remember that the most important is how you feel, how you want to feel and what You just want! To stop lying to yourself above all you need:
1. FULL CONCENTRATION ON YOUR OWN PRIORITIES AT THE TIME OF DECISION. (e.g. if you spend time with your child in such a way that you turn on the fairy tale and finish the project yourself, then work is your priority at the moment)
2. CONSCIOUS ENTERING OF INFORMATION THAT IS CLEAR OF US, TO WHICH WE ARE CONVINCED AND DISCOVERING NEW, WHICH INITIALLY DISORDER A SPACE OF OUR THINKING (e.g. if you believe in this, you will learn, for example, vaccines, dissonance of information, your choice will be responsible, because conscious.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF DIVERSITY
If you do not have it yet, then you must induce and develop it. With this skill you will become a person consciously living in harmony with yourself, not appearances (this applies to human behaviors that can annoy, shake or discourage you.)
Although THE WORLD IS BASED ON EMOTIONS, it’s the ability to accept this as a fact, accept a variety of behaviors, recognize a game of appearances and illusions that is to act on our senses is, in my opinion, the MOST VALUABLE COMPETENCE A, although still hidden to most of us.
